Threadhopping: if you'd like. i prefer setting up things though.
Fourthwalling: only for quick/comedic threads, never for serious things without discussion.
Offensive subjects: we're probably fine. i actually like tackling 'offensive' subjects IC, it can provide good development.
Hugging: go for it!
Kissing: it's fine if your character would, just expect him to react accordingly.
Flirting: ^ same, with the added caveat that this mun doesn't write smut and has no interest in shipping him. i see peter as asexual and largely uninterested in flirting, so he'll likely try to divert attention by joking. if things are pressed, he's going to grow uncomfortable. which could be great drama and a really interesting conversation! i'm completely fine with playing out failed attempted starts at sex/relationships, as long as we're all aware that they're never going to end in smut. o7
Fighting/injuring: yes! he's fast but i enjoy not going full OP on anything. realistic weaknesses ftw, if you wanna rough him up maybe we can throw out a banana peel for him to trip on or something. i'm easy-going here and like h/c, so.
Killing: only in threads where that's the point, so we'd have discussed it.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities: completely fine! just let me know so I can make his thoughts more clear for your character, either in narration or in messages on the side. be sure to let me know if peter will be able to 'sense' that he's being read or not.
